Abstract

This article has as objective to characterize the schools of strategical thought proposal for Mintzberg under the approach of the Theory of the Games. Literature on Theory of the Games evolved significantly in recent years and can be understood as the study of strategical interactions between companies, to understand the process of decision of agents who interact between itself, from the logical understanding of the situation where they are involved. The article presents the vision in Theory of the Games and the possibility of interaction with the schools of the strategical thought in the environment business-oriented. This assay contributes for the agreement of the schools and its applicability in the strategical behavior of the organizations.
