Abstract

The present work analyzes an emblematic phenomenon of the international administration of politics. It is focussed in the respected Economic Outlook, study published by OECD, Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, adviser of the main countries in the world. In running the textual analysis, done in three moments of the contemporary history, a self-explanatory technician-scientific thought appears and that, therefore, becomes autonomous of the management of countries´ res publica. As consequence, subordinates other social knowledge, runs over any mediations and it is established as mythology of the new capitalist background. Their economical and administrative analyses, especially those referred to the governments and markets of Western Europe, in such a way they reiterate formulas and incomes that end up turning off the national and international process of social management. In the pleasure of the demanded symmetry, such texts are made similar to the structure of dramatic or wonderful stories. And when that speech of scientific meaning and mythical significant is revealed to the European populations as ideology denier of acquired social goods, as work, retirement pension, education, health and migrant attention, some results appear in the manifestations and protests. The whole OECD´s vision is assured by analysis of others texts on politics of health and employment.
