Authorship Policy
CRediT (Contributor Roles Taxonomy)
INTERNEXT adopts the Contributor Role Taxonomy (CRediT) in all articles, ensuring transparency and recognition of each author's contribution to the research while minimizing authorship conflicts.
Contribution information must be provided by the author in a supplementary document at the time of submission. All CRediT items must be marked, and a dash must indicate if they do not apply.
Before the article's publication, all authors will receive a notification to validate the indicated contributions. If there is no response within the stipulated deadline, the information provided by the author responsible for the submission will be considered definitive.
Author Order
All authors are responsible for defining the authorship order in the metadata and PDF version. The final verification will be performed in the Proofreading stage.
In the published PDF version, a section entitled Author Contributions will be included and presented in table format.
The credit request will be made at the editing stage for articles submitted before this policy was implemented (i.e., before February 21, 2022). If the information is not submitted, the article may be archived. The final decision rests with the Editors, including in exceptional cases.
